Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are estimated to arrive within 10–15 business days (approximately 2–3 weeks) after the order is processed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Processing
Orders are reviewed and prepared before shipment. Processing time may vary depending on the watch, stock confirmation, and fulfillment location.
International Fulfillment
Some orders may ship from our international warehouse partners. Customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control may extend the estimated delivery time.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, you will receive an email after your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to begin updating.
Multiple-Item Orders
If your order contains more than one watch, the items may ship separately depending on their fulfillment locations. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.
